  • Ear candling has traditionally been practiced by Egyptians, Chinese, Tibetan, and Native Americans 


  • Hollow candles made of cloth (cotton, linen) are dipped in wax Sometimes herbs are added


  • They are lit on one end, creating a vacuum of negative pressure.
